Costs and terms of payment
Fees and duties, related to the applications to be submitted to the Business Register and/or the Economic and Administrative Index, can be paid via credit card, which can be used to create a Telemaco account. Every time you submit an application, the relevant amount is charged to your Telemaco account.
- Stamp duties:
- Partnerships: € 59.00
- Corporations: € 65.00
- Sole proprietorships: € 17.50
The aforementioned amounts (as explained by Revenue Agency Circular 67-E/ 2002), include how much is due for the application submitted and for the relevant attached documents.
Mutual cooperatives must not pay stamp duties if they are registered with the relevant section of the Cooperative National Register, because they are considered NGOs, in accordance with Leg. Decree 460/97
- Administrative fees. The amounts vary in relation to the type of entity to be registered and to the type of application to be submitted.
- Application submission cost: € 2.00
- Once registered, applicants are required to pay the relevant annual fee.
