You can request certificates and company reports, in Italian and English, copies of deeds and of annual accounts:

Warning: the Prefecture of Milan will not affix the so-called "apostilles" to certificates downloaded from any website. Only certificates specifically issued to be used abroad can be apostilled. These certificates need to be hand-signed by a Chamber official and are obtainable only via Certiweb .
