Digital Business Desk (PID)
The PID – Digital Business Desk of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi promotes digital awareness among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the area, across all economic sectors. We offer free services, non-repayable grants, guidance, and ongoing training to help you overcome barriers to innovation and seize new development opportunities for your business's twin transition – digital and sustainable.
The PID offers support for technological investments, training courses, guidance services, and specialist assistance, including:
- SELFI 4.0 - A self-assessment test that allows you to map the digital maturity of your business quickly (about 15-20 minutes to complete) and for free. At the end of the completion, based on the answers provided, the business will automatically receive a report that summarizes the levels of digitalization reached and a benchmark analysis with businesses in the same sector.
- ZOOM 4.0 - A comprehensive assessment of your business's digital maturity, including production, strategy, marketing, sales, logistics, and other areas. A PID Digital Specialist will meet you one-to-one to discuss your business and then provide a report with recommendations for how to improve your digital transformation, according to the standards of "Impresa 4.0".
- WEB & SOCIAL CHECK UP - Free assistance from a Digital Specialist to improve your business's online presence. The specialist will meet with you one-to-one to discuss your website and social media presence and then provide a report with recommendations for how to improve your search engine ranking, user experience, and social media content.
- PID CYBER CHECK - A quick and free self-assessment test to help you understand the level of risk your company is exposed to from cyberattacks.
- CYBER EXPOSURE INDEX - A paid assessment tool that uses a complex algorithm to extract and analyze web data to determine if and how cybercriminals have obtained your business's data and what information they have available to attack you.
- DIGITAL MENTORING - A free one-to-one coaching service provided by digital experts to assist micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from all sectors in adopting technologies and adjusting their organizational models to meet the standards of "Impresa 4.0".
- MIR (MATCHING BUSINESS/RESEARCH) - A project developed jointly by CNR, Unioncamere, and ENEA to promote the interaction between businesses and public research. It aims to ensure equal access to innovation processes, with specific attention given to the technological needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
