As part of its endeavor against unauthorized installers (as provided for in Min. Decree 37/2008), the Chamber of Commerce has set up a search tool to check if a business is authorized to carry out the activities envisaged by the aforementioned Ministerial Decree.

You can search for authorized installation firms by typing their business name and/or VAT number in the relevant fields provided that their registered office is located in the provinces of Milano, Monza Brianza, or Lodi.

Art. 1, par. 2, letters a), b, c), d), e), f), g) of Ministerial Decree 37/08 identifies the different types of technological plants. Businesses involved in the installation and maintenance of heat pumps and air conditioning systems must also own an F-Gas certificate (as provided for in DPR 43/2012), which can be verified at www.fgas.it. Businesses involved in the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic, solar thermal, heating and air conditioning plants must also own a FER training certificate issued by a training institution accredited by Regione Lombardia (as provided for in art. 15 of Leg. Decree 28/2011 and in art. 16 of Regione Lombardia’s Council Resolution 3965/2015).

Search instructions: a business name may have an accent. In this case, the accent must be replaced by an apostrophe (e.g. Viganò > Vigano', società > societa').
