Company profiles: administrative fees

  • Sole proprietorships and other legal forms: standard profile € 4.00, historical profile € 5.00, extract from the Register of protests, € 2.00
  • Partnerships: standard profile € 4.50, historical profile € 5.50, extract from the Register of protests, € 2.00
  • Corporations: standard profile € 7.00, historical profile € 8.00, extract from the Register of protests, € 2.00

Certificates: administrative fees

  • Standard certificate: € 5.00
  • Historical certificate: € 7.00
  • Declaration in lieu of certificate: € 5.00
  • Certificates in English: € 5.00

A stamp duty must be applied on each certificate. It must amount to € 16 for every 100 lines, and must be paid directly at the Chamber of commerce.

  •  You can request a certificate exempt from stamp duty; in this case, you must provide the identification details of the law granting you the right of exemption;
  • Declarations in lieu of certificate are exempt from stamp duty;
  • Certificates in English are exempt from stamp duties

 

Copies of deeds and of annual accounts

  • Annual accounts from electronic archive: € 4.50
  • Deeds and files from electronic archive: € 6.00
  • Deeds and files from paper archive: € 5.00 + € 0.10 per photocopy
  • Annual accounts from paper archive: € 5.00 + € 0.10 per photocopy
  • Consulting a file: € 15.00

If you request a certified copy, you must attach a stamp duty of € 16.00 for every four pages.
 

How to pay

You can pay in the following ways:

  • At the desk: by debit card, credit card, smartphone, or smartwatch (no cash);
  • Online: by credit card;
  • By paper form to be sent by mail: via the SIPA portal. To pay, click here and select "Certificazioni" from the drop-down menu. In the field labeled "Causale", you have to type your reason for payment; in this case, it is "Document extracted from the Business Register". In the same field, the particular type of document you are paying for (i.e., company profile, certificate, annual accounts, ...) must be specified.
