Price collection concerns the following fields:
- Wholesale prices of various goods;
- Building works;
- Real estate.
Wholesale prices:
cereals; milk and butter; poultry; rabbits and game; petroleum products and raw materials; ferrous and non-ferrous metals; pasta and rice; edible oils and chemical-pharmaceutical products; wine; textile products, paper, etc.
Building works, published every four months, it collects the main costs of:
safety at work; new buildings; renovation of entire buildings; industrial building, reinforced concrete, and steelworks; complementary works (e.g., special foundation works and plasters); technological installations (air conditioning, lifts, water systems, and fire extinguishing systems). It also includes legal charges and various tax-related payments.
Real estate:
the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi carries out a collection of the real estate prices in the Metropolitan City of Milan every six months; it is also carried out in the provinces of Monza Brianza and Lodi every year.
A special commission, consisting of members of the main professional/trade associations of the real estate sector, carries out such collection.
