You can get in touch with the Business Register staff and be informed about your submitted applications, especially if they are suspended or in need of correction. To this end, you can start a message thread (Italian: diario messaggi) in the website platform that you used to submit your online application.

Contact center - to receive assistance with completing and submitting an online application, and to receive information on online applications that have already been submitted and suspended, please contact:

L'URP Risponde - to check the up-to-date status of an application process;

Reminders - to accelerate an application process;

Corrections - to correct the information contained in company profiles from the Business Register;

Telemaco - the Chambers of Commerce online service that can be used to consult business databases and to extract official data and documents from the Italian Business Register.
