Modifications and cancellations from the Roll of Assessors and Experts
Modification
Any modification (for example residence/domicile within the province) must be communicated to the Chamber of Commerce:
- via a form (no stamp duty needed) to be submitted to the Chamber’s One-Stop Desk
- via the online service "Ruolo dei Periti e degli Esperti" (available only in Italian).
It is not necessary to attach any documentation.
Expansion
In order to expand expert/assessors’ competence to other product categories (similar to those which they are already registered with) a form must be submitted, with the relevant attachments and stamp. Documentation relating to professional experience and domain expertise acquired in your field of interest (professional requirements and CV) must be submitted as well.
Possession of the moral requirements is ascertained ex officio.
When the form is submitted to the Chamber's One-Stop Desk, it must be signed by the applicant. Please, be aware that:
- If the applicant submits the documents in person, he/she must sign them in front of an official of the Chamber of Commerce and produce his/her identity document;
- If the documents are not submitted by the applicant, the person in charge must submit a photocopy of the applicant’s identity document and produce his/her ID as well;
Cancellation
Cancellation from the Roll is obtained by filing a voluntary request. A form must be filled out and submitted by the applicant with the relevant attachment, signature, and stamp duty.
- If the applicant submits the documents in person, he/she must sign them in front of an official of the Chamber of Commerce and produce his/her identity document;
- If the documents are not submitted by the applicant, the person in charge must submit a photocopy of the applicant’s identity document and produce his/her ID as well;
In case of death, the cancellation application must be filed by one of the registered expert/assessor’s heirs.
