Prices Office
In the Metropolitan City of Milan and the provinces of Monza Brianza and Lodi, Prices Office collects data relating to:
- Wholesale prices of most traded goods;
- Prices of building works, using medium-sized buildings as a reference;
- Real estate prices;
- Electricity prices charged by producers, wholesalers, and sellers to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the Lombard area.
The Prices are verified by specific technical commissions, composed of economic operators who represent the supply chain of the reference markets.
The relevant information can be found on the PiùPrezzi website (available only in Italian) where the aforementioned price quotations are periodically reported.
Prices Office is responsible for the filing of price and tariff lists and issues conformity visas.
