Model contract for tourism purposes

The Chamber of Commerce has drafted a model contract for "Short-Term Home and Vacation Rentals" along with accompanying Guidelines, aimed at ensuring clarity in the relationships between the parties involved. The project brought together various market stakeholders (including trade and consumer associations) who, under the Chamber’s coordination, worked together to produce a concise, well-balanced text ready for immediate adoption. Both documents were presented at two public events,  which received strong positive feedback from the target audience. The model contract is available in Italian, English, German, Russian, and Chinese.

Handbook/Model Contract on technological plants

As part of its endeavor against unauthorized installers (Min. Decree 37/2008), the Chamber of Commerce has taken part in a project on technological plant installation. The project led to the drafting of a Model Contract, a Handbook for consumers, and an Authorized Installers Search Engine.
