Italian

You can extract lists of Italian businesses from the Business Register. 
The following search keys are available:

Territory: municipal, sub-municipal, provincial, regional or national;
Business Status: active, inactive, suspended, cancelled;
Location: registered office and/or branch; 
Activity: ATECO/ ISTAT classification of economic activities;
Status of artisan company;
Legal form: sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation;
Size: number of employees, turnover (only for corporations);
Date of: registration, cancellation, bankruptcy;
People who are part of the business: birthplace, place of residence, position/qualification.

Such search keys con be properly combined to extract lists tailored to your needs. With our help, you can focus on the economic activities of interest to you, or request a simulated search.

Costs and forms

You can pay for the service through the PagoPA portal by using the payment notice that you will receive after accepting the relevant quote. You can also obtain a receipt certifying a VAT-exempt payment, as provided for in art. 4 par. 4 of Pres. Decree 633.

Statistics

You can obtain aggregated statistics on Italian businesses, extracted with various keys, such as:

  • territory;
  • economic activities;
  • legal form;
  • female-run enterprises;
  • foreign sole proprietorships.

You can request both lists and statistics:

  • at Office for Studies, Statistics and Planning, Legnano branch or Monza Brianza secondary headquarters;
  • by email: fill out the form and send it to statistica1@mi.camcom.it.
  • online, through the Online Service platform
